Great platform but join with caution!
The platform was the first crowdfunding site to be approved the the CNMV (tax authority) in Spain. I have been invested on over 30 real estate deals. There have been some late payments, but the platform is keeping the users informed over timeline updates for the deals. I recommend joining, but I would suggest to limit your exposure to each of the offers. Here is a code to get a 25.
